On May 27 we had a great practical session with the students of KIC InnoEnergy Master School, organised as a collaboration between ESADE, UPC and other universities and business schools. There, we applied the Pathway, our tool for sustainable business models, to one of their study cases.
We followed the 4 steps process featured in the Pathway in order to develop a business model that is sustainable from the very beginning.
It was a GREAT session where we both learnt a lot from each other, and we received a very interesting feedback from the students. Our tool helped them consider aspects such as the systemic boundaries, the business context or the stakeholders, giving them the chance to analyse their business case from from a different point of view.
